Cancellation Policy

To allow for proper planning in our schedule for both our clients and employees, we kindly request a minimum 48-hour notice on all appointment modifications to avoid a cancellation fee. 

Clients will be responsible for a $100.00 fee if cancelling or rescheduling an appointment less than 24-hours prior to the appointment.

Clients who cancel, reschedule or fail to give access to their home on their scheduled day of cleaning will be responsible for paying the full amount of their cleaning rate.

As a courtesy, our office sends a notification email and/or text message two days prior to your cleaning appointment.
